STUDIO AND LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY
On location my team and I work quickly and efficiently on set-up so I can focus on connecting with my subject in the time we have together.
I thrive at shoots that demand spontaneous creative solutions in challenging environments.
In studio settings, I love working with a client to find the best way to tell their story. Whether it's a performer in need of dramatic lighting and a cinematic backdrop, or a catalog shoot with models and products where everything has to look perfect, I keep working until you're happy.
The studio in downtown Seattle has a 25x13 ft shooting bay, 10ft ceilings, a lounge, full kitchen and bathroom. There's plenty of room for art directors, stylists, costumers, and models to all fit comfortably around an elaborate set.
I use medium format and full-frame 35mm digital cameras that allow for images to be reproduced at any size you may need.
POST-PRODUCTION / DIGITAL RETOUCHING
If you can imagine it, I can make it a reality.
Seamlessly changing backgrounds, color correction, smoothing skin and fabric, trading out body parts – I have expert skills in all these areas of digital photography.
Local artists, international magazines, and global brands hire me for my expert digital editing and compositing skills.

I've been in love with photography since childhood. From the first time I saw an image appear on paper in a developer bath in fourth grade, I was entranced and I wanted to know more. It took another twenty years before I pursued the thing I loved most. In the interim I spent the '90s working as a touring musician in the industrial band ¡TchKung!, and as a graphic designer and writer for Seattle newspapers, magazines and ad agencies. I opened my photography studio in 2002, after completing Seattle Central College's Commercial Photography program.
I'm also a fine art photographer and videographer. My art work has been presented in galleries and museums, and I've been published around the world.
